HR Administrator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the provision of HR administrative processes in a timely and consistent manner.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on policies, terms and conditions, and employment legislation.
* Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard.
* Utilize electronic HR systems effectively.
* Support the development of skills, knowledge, and system use within the team.
* Collect and collate data for monitoring, analysis, and reporting of HR information as required.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, staff, trade unions, and the public.
* Undertake projects and surveys to ensure a high-quality HR service.
* Organize meetings and hearings, taking minutes as necessary.
* Assist in coordinating training programs and identifying areas for service improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* RQF Level 4 or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 year's experience in an HR department
* OR 4 GCSEs (including Maths and English Language) AND 2 years' experience working in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year of which in HR)
* OR 3 years' experience in an administrative/customer-facing environment (1 year of which in HR)
Desirable Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets
