The Role
* Deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused education providing a quality learning experience for students.
* Help develop the curriculum and implement teaching and learning strategies that enable students to succeed and thrive.
Qualifications & Experience
* Passionate about the specialist subject and enthusiastic for supporting young people and adults.
* Recent experience teaching post‑16 GCSE or Secondary GCSE English.
* English degree not essential, but clear evidence of subject specialism in related disciplines required.
* Suitable for Newly Qualified Teachers or experienced practitioners.
