The role Designing and delivering civil engineering solutions across a range of infrastructure and development projects Producing detailed designs, calculations, and technical reports Working closely with structural, environmental, and transport specialists Supporting project managers with planning, coordination, and client communication Contributing to sustainable, future‑proof engineering solutions Using industry‑standard software (e.g., Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, AutoCAD) What we are looking for Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Experience in infrastructure, drainage, highways, or site development Strong understanding of UK design standards and regulations Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams A proactive mindset and passion for delivering high‑quality engineering work Progress toward chartership (or already chartered) is a bonus Package A supportive, people‑first culture Opportunities for professional development and chartership support Flexible working options Exposure to high‑impact UK and international projects A chance to contribute to meaningful, sustainable engineering outcomes
