This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a large, multi‑site function and play a key role in driving performance, transformation, and customer outcomes.
Hybrid (2 days in office – South West UK)
£55,000 – £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits
You’ll lead a sizeable operation across internal teams and UK‑based partners, ensuring collections activity is efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused. This is a highly visible role with real influence across operations, strategy, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop a large, diverse operational team
* Own collections performance, KPIs, and service delivery outcomes
* Drive continuous improvement and embed new ways of working
* Act as a key operational lead on transformation and change initiatives
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
* Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management standards are met
* Build strong relationships with external delivery partners
