Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, including day-to-day administration, reporting, and technical support.
* Provide high-quality client service and respond to queries efficiently and professionally.
* Stay up to date with market developments and product knowledge through regular engagement with insurers.
* Build and maintain a targeted prospect list for new business opportunities.
* Manage policy renewals and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
About You
* Ideally studying towards a Diploma in Insurance, IF7 or GR1
* Strong understanding of risk and healthcare benefits products and industry practices.
* Awareness of current and upcoming financial legislation and regulation.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
