Key Responsibilities
Develop and embed a commercially driven marketing and sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive inbound lead generation, strategic targeting, and ROI-focused marketing activities.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, website content, SEO/PPC, and Google Ads performance.
Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications and sales support collateral.
Manage budgets, affiliate networks, and external suppliers to ensure delivery and profitability.
Champion the global brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Coach and develop a skilled, diverse marketing team
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in leading marketing and sales strategy within a B2B or tech-focused environment.
Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, PPC, content creation, and campaign management.
Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Experience working across international markets
Ability to modernise and streamline marketing operations and reporting.
This is a hybrid role with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week
