The Martlet Kitchen. Open 7 days a week, in the daytime it will operate as a café lux offer. On Friday and Saturday evenings, it will offer a more luxurious dining experience with our award winning chefs cooking up delicious dishes using the finest local ingredients.
We are looking for casual waiting staff who want to be part of making The Martlet Kitchen a roaring success. The job is a flexible role in a casual position.
Our ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, calm under pressure, organised and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
This role will report to the Restaurant & Assistant Restaurant Managers.
