Job Position: Graduate IT Support Analyst
Location: North West - Manchester
Application Requirements:
* 2:1 degree in a technical IT based subject
* Previous experience in an IT role
* Ability to work on site 5 days a week
* Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme

Overview of role:
Working as part of the IT Support Team, responsible for the day-to-day support operations. This includes taking customer enquiries, dealing with hardware issues, explaining and implementing possible solutions to the end customer, running automated diagnostic programmes, logging customer issues, tracking progress and escalating complex problems to more senior members of the team.

Progression: Starting as an Analyst with the potential for significant salary progression, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the development programme.

2:1 Undergraduate Degree: An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1, especially in a technical field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.
