Provide advice and guidance to managers on change processes and procedures as well as providing additional support to the Business Partnering Team in relation to employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities include: Assist in managing organisational change by preparing employees for the implementation of new People initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition during restructures. Provide advice and guidance to managers on change processes and procedures Additional support to the Business Partnering team to provide guidance, support, and resolution to employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations Review the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent practices across the organisation. Communicate and educate People team members ensuring consistent proactive application and adherence throughout the Group Analysing HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support evidence-based decision-making for HR projects and people management Serve as a point of support for employees participating in People projects. When required act as a cover support for other People team units to ensure effective management of workload Experience and Qualifications required: CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) level 5 qualification or equivalent. Significant progressive HR experience Demonstrated experience in employee relations, policy development and organisational change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset and proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting Exceptional written and spoken communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.
