We are excited to hire a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager with experience delivering large‑scale International Data Centre or High Performance Computing build projects. This dynamic role requires significant international travel and leadership of large multi‑skilled teams.
Responsibilities
* Deliver complex and high‑risk end‑to‑end solutions, managing multiple projects or work‑streams simultaneously.
* Lead team delivery, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality.
* Own or manage end‑to‑end change processes, ensuring awareness and adoption of project outcomes.
* Align projects with customer requirements, manage project budget and financial baseline, and achieve KPI targets.
* Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across Computacenter, suppliers, and customers.
* Lead people management, shaping the team for successful delivery.
Qualifications
* Familiarity with the latest technologies and ability to articulate benefits in line with Computacenter’s proposition.
* Trainings and accreditation in project management methodology, e.g., Prince2, Agile techniques.
* Track record of delivering complex, high‑risk assignments with focus on large‑scale Data Centres or High Performance Computing.
* Demonstrable leadership skills and personal gravitas.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Strong influencing, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to articulate the value of project management to internal and external customers.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy.
