Responsibilities
* Deliver enforcement systems and support the product management team in managing 3rd‑party approvals, obsolescence reviews, testing and product quality reviews.
* Project deployment and support of innovative Traffic Enforcement solutions (Civil and Criminal Enforcement, Clean Air Zones, Congestion Charging and Tolling) in the United Kingdom and worldwide.
* Provide regular project updates, operate in a dynamic environment and be able to travel throughout the United Kingdom and worldwide.
* Establish effective relationships with the Yunex Project Delivery and Product Support teams within the Yunex Intelligent Traffic Systems business.
* Report to the Lead Enforcement Solutions Engineer and be self‑starting, innovative and passionate about delivering change and improving the status quo.
Qualifications
* Strong technical expertise capable of driving innovation, problem‑solving and effective communication with all stakeholders.
* Experience supporting delivery of projects within time, quality and budget constraints.
* Regular customer contact, collecting feedback and understanding future opportunities.
* Strong technical trend awareness and motivation to stay abreast of current trends.
* Planning and tracking of projects, including milestones, forecasting costs and reporting progress, with ability to recommend mitigation options.
* Designing solutions for complex and unfamiliar systems that have a major business impact.
* Supporting sales and tendering by quantifying solution scope in terms of quality, time and cost.
* Ability to implement process and product changes that improve safety, cost or customer outcomes.
* Flexibility to accommodate scheduled work across the UK and internationally.
Experience
* BSc/BA in Engineering or IT related field (minimum).
* Robust knowledge of IT systems and software.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proficiency in structured project planning and tracking.
* Experience with traffic systems (ANPR, congestion charging, low emission zones, etc.) – highly desirable.
* Knowledge of regulatory framework and accreditation processes for civil and criminal enforcement systems – desirable.
* SQL Server or MySQL working knowledge – highly desirable.
* Knowledge of IP communications, routing, switching, and VPNs for network design – highly desirable.
* Experience with Linux and Windows environment configuration, including virtualization – desirable.
