The role is for a Multi skilled decorator - carrying out decorating, repairs and mould/damp treatments to our housing stock across Redditch Borough. Key Requirements – to out plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance in residential properties carry out mould inspections, treatments, redecoration and maintenance to residential properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot causes of mould and advise timescales for remedial works. (training will be given. Undertake minor repairs associated with the root cause of damp and mould in properties. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times work on various general maintenance tasks as required Skills & experience - Relevant decorating qualifications and certification.
