We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our national sales team. The role involves proactively contacting potential and existing customers, preparing tender paperwork, providing administrative support, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the sales team with documentation and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities
* Engage with potential customers and develop market opportunities to tender stage
* Provide administrative support to the sales team
* Assist with tender management, including drafting, reviewing, PQQs, and tracking supplier forms
* Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
* Maintain and update CRM systems with sales data and customer interactions
* Process orders accurately onto internal systems
* Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, demos, and client visits
* Identify and suggest process improvements for sales operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales support, contract administration, or similar roles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn, challenge, and use initiative
* A team player
