Starting Your Journey
As a Front Office Receptionist, your role is to deliver exceptional service, greet guests warmly, ensure safety and security, and cater to guest needs. You will create memorable moments and provide a personal experience that guests will want to share.
Your responsibilities include:
* Greeting guests with a friendly smile
* Seamless check-in/out procedures
* Providing local information and hotel services
* Answering calls and emails
* Promoting guest loyalty through excellent service
You will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You'll love engaging with guests, multitasking, and solving inquiries with a smile.
On your first day, you'll start a structured 12-week training program to equip you with the skills and confidence needed. We look for candidates who:
