Youth and Children’s Minister Role St Andrew’s Reading Street FTE - 37.5 hours per week Salary £27-£30k pa Pension Do you have a passion to see young people come to faith and grow in their faith in Jesus? Do you have a heart to see and equip young people to fulfil God’s purpose for their lives? Are you excited for the local church to grow and serve the community around it? Then we’d love you to apply to be our Youth and Children’s Minister and join us at St. Andrew’s Reading Street, Broadstairs. We are a growing Anglican church working in partnership with the Diocese of Canterbury to provide this opportunity. Our vision is to be ‘One family with Christ at the centre welcoming all’ Description Of The Job We’re looking for someone with experience, a passion for ministry to young people and a heart to reach young people beyond the church community with the good news of Jesus. You will be a dynamic leader for our youth ministry. You will have experience in developing a vision, building teams, training others and delivering an exciting and fun ministry that young people want to be a part of. This is a new paid staff role and builds on the great work of our dedicated volunteer children’s and youth teams at St. Andrew’s over many years. The role will require elements of building on existing ministries and pioneering new ones both inside and outside the church in our community.
