We are looking for a progressive individual to join Talbots as a Conveyancing Executive. To be successful, you will have at least 2 years post qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property.
As a Conveyancing Executive you will be expected to offer an excellent service to clients and provide accurate legal guidance on a broad range of matters, as well as assist with the future development of the department.

What the job involves
* Managing a full caseload with a focus on wider Residential Conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers, including technical legal enquiries.
* Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.
What you need
* To have a minimum of 2 years qualified experience or equivalent as Conveyancer in Residential Property.
* Possess varied knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.
* Be detail-driven with excellent communication skills and an organised team-player.

Pay: From £37,000.00 per year
