We are looking for a candidate that has excellent technical and interpersonal skills with, preferably with experience working for a IT solutions provider previously in an IT Field Service Based role.

We are seeking a self-motivated and committed IT Field Engineer to support desktop users, server infrastructure and audio-visual equipment in different end customer environments
Computer Support Engineer Responsibilities:
* At least 24 months previous IT support experience
* Proven knowledge of Microsoft based server operating systems with emphasis on Windows server 2012/2016/2019 administration.
* Ability to install and configure hardware, software and operating systems
* Proficient in basic TCP/IP switching and network administration, DHCP/DNS
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
* Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
* Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate external team.
* Active Directory & Group Policy administration
* A Driving Licence is Essential & a DBS Check will be required
