The focus is on maintaining and improving automated growing environments where environmental control systems, electrical infrastructure and mechanical equipment all work together to keep production stable and consistent. Candidates from food manufacturing are welcome, particularly where they have strong electrical and multi-skilled maintenance experience, but the core environment here is horticulture and controlled systems rather than food production. What you'll be doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across UK sites Responding to reactive breakdowns and system faults Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues across controlled environment systems Supporting horticultural and automated growing operations Working independently on customer sites, often with minimal supervision Completing accurate service reports and maintenance documentation Managing your own workload across multiple UK locations Occasional overnight stays depending on travel requirements What we're looking for Strong multi-skilled engineering background, ideally with an electrical bias Experience in horticulture, agriculture, controlled environment...
