The Headteacher of a Primary School in Chorley is seeking a Breakfast Club Assistant. This is a small village school in a lovely setting in Chorley. The school currently has 85 pupils on roll and has a caring and dedicated staff.
Responsibilities
* Monday – Friday 7:45 – 8:45 AM
* Assist in the day-to-day running of the school’s Breakfast Club, providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for pupils before the start of the school day.
Essential Skills & Qualities
* Enjoys working with children and creating a fun, caring atmosphere.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to follow instructions and use initiative when needed.
* Understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
Desirable
* DBS on the update service.
