Real Estate Lawyer | London / Hybrid | £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Central London. You will manage a sophisticated caseload of commercial property matters with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a global network.
Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Lawyer:
• Advising on general landlord and tenant matters including leases, underleases, licences and surrenders
• Handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• Drafting option agreements, overage clauses and TOGC documentation
• Advising on expired commercial leases including periodic tenancies, trespassers and mesne profits
• Preparing title reports and advising on risk and mitigation strategies
• Managing auction sales and purchases
• Handling matters involving unregistered land
• Providing corporate support on property elements of transactions
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant and property transactions
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Interest in business development and networking
