This is a rewarding role working directly with individuals who have disabilities or health-related challenges, supporting them to secure sustainable employment and build long-term confidence and independence. Key Responsibilities Manage a personal caseload, delivering all customer interactions face to face within the community. Carry out detailed diagnostics at initial appointments to understand each customer’s employment history, skills, learning needs, and barriers to work. Develop tailored action plans and refer customers to relevant training, workshops, mentoring, and other interventions to address barriers and improve employability. Set clear SMART targets with each customer and review progress at every appointment to support sustainable movement into employment.
