The Role
3 Month Contract (With view to extend)
£400 - £450 per day Inside IR35
Must be able to attend TVC offices, White City
The successful candidate will be integral to the successful operations and strategic direction on all of our paid activations across YouTube - managing a dedicated paid media activation team that works to flawlessly deliver a large volume of campaigns every year aligned with the client’s high-profile sporting and cultural sponsorships (Tennis, Golf, Cinema etc).
You’ll be working with senior client stakeholders, guiding them through a changing media and tech landscape while ensuring that our paid activations deliver clear, measurable brand impact.
Responsibilities
* Develop paid YouTube strategies, ensuring implementation is actioned to a high standard across the team.
* Lead upfront media planning and strategic responses to global briefs
* Represent YouTube confidently and expertly in client meetings and leadership forums
* Lead quarterly reviews and strategic updates
* Support and guide local market activation teams, aligning with global strategies
* Lead on Reporting and insights to develop and track measurement frameworks that align paid initiatives with client KPIs
* Build strong client relationships and present clear, strategic thinking
About You
* 8+ years experience in paid social and specifically activating YouTube campaigns, strategy, team management, and client service. Experience working client side on YouTube, a bonus
* A proactive leader who champions best practice and operational excellence.
* Comfortable navigating complex clients and large projects
* A strong collaborator who brings people together to solve problems and deliver great work.
