Customer Care Advisor
Salary: Competitive
Overtime is available and paid at time and a half including weekends and bank holidays
£1,500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm You will be required to work Saturdays and they are on a rota basis
between the hours of 9:00am - 1:00pm
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with advanced billing queries and complaints via either outbound or email.
Thinking fast and deal with a variety of challenges and ensuring they are turned in to a positive experience
Promoting and upselling our products to customers, whilst building relationships
Using your own initiative to adapt to each individual query to impress, help and support the customer.
Understanding different types of billing queries that are asked by our customers
Dealing with billing reports that will relate to our weekly/monthly bill runs
At times helping with inbound calls relating to our customer service team.
Is this you?
Confident and professional on the phone
Friendly, energetic and able to build relationships with both customers and staff
Experienced in customer service or call centres
Self motivated with a positive attitude
Confident in dealing with billing queries and use of systems.
Having an understanding of reporting around billing.
Remaining professional during challenging complaint calls.
