What the role looks like
You'll own the social function from top to bottom. That means shaping strategy across a portfolio of clients, setting the creative direction for social content, and leading a team to deliver it. You'll be the senior voice when it comes to social, both internally and in client conversations, and you'll have a genuine say in how the agency's social offering continues to grow.
Day to day you'll be across campaign planning, content strategy, performance and reporting, and keeping your team motivated and developing. You'll work closely with PR, content, and activation colleagues so an appreciation of integrated campaigns will stand you in good stead.

Someone who knows what great social looks like. You'll be comfortable across organic and content, confident presenting to clients, and the kind of person who brings ideas to the room.
Agency background is essential. Experience leading or mentoring a team would put you in a strong position.
