Job description
You will be involved in preparing, assembling and packaging food products while adhering to Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Factory based role for operative with food processing duties
Hours of Work: 7am- 5pm
Rate of Pay: £
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collating ingredients from chill area
2. Maintaining a clean workstation and production area
3. Working as part of a team.
4. Following health and safety procedures onsite
5. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
6. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
7. Performing other tasks as assigned.
8. Operating and maintaining production line equipment.
9. Packaging finished product, ready for dispatch
10. Load / unload pallets
11. Adhering to health and safety requirements on site
What We're Looking For:
12. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
13. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
14. Ensure production demands and customer requirements are met.
15. Ability to use your own initiative.
16. Good communications skills (Good standard of English is essential)
17. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
18. Promote a Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality culture.
****Previous experience working in a factory setting is advantageous
