The Office of the Leeds Maternity and Neonatal Independent Review was established in October 2025 following the Secretary of State announcement. As Programme Manager, you will support and coordinate activities related to the review, demonstrating project management skills and applying the Leeds Improvement Method.
You will develop and oversee the project plan for the independent review, adapt to changes, and oversee the perinatal improvement plan following the publication of maternity and neonatal inspection reports in June 2025 and the well‑led inspection report in September 2025. You will apply detailed knowledge of the CQC inspection framework to maternity and neonatal services.
