Overview
Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous) - PI covered - Projected six figure earnings depending on days / work commitment. Hiring in Coventry and surrounding areas.
Our client generally works on a 50/50 fee split and then pays you weekly via your ltd entity. They provide full weekly diary access; part-time considered but preference is for full-time commitment. 80% of work is residential short/long form and 20% is commercial valuation work.
Responsibilities
* Carry out residential valuation work (short form and long form) and commercial valuation work as assigned.
* Manage workload within a 50/50 fee split; select or decline jobs using the provided diary.
* Utilise available tools and subscriptions (e.g., Rightmove) and coordinate with support services (typing) as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valuation surveying experience; residential experience is core; commercial valuation experience is advantageous.
* Self-employed, established ltd company, or in the process of setting up; eligible to apply.
* Professional, ethical practice with PI (Professional Indemnity) coverage.
Earnings & Work Structure
The Directors indicate that six-figure earnings are achievable depending on days / working agreement. Typical figures referenced include:
* Average fee per report: circa £1400 (minimum reported £750; minimum company fee £1750).
* Reports per year: approximately 3,500 – 4,000.
* Potential total net billings reflecting the 50/50 split are substantial.
From the client perspective, six figures are achievable based on commitment and arrangement.
