Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends. They are easily viewable and bookable via an app, allowing you to secure shifts with just a few taps.
Regardless of NHS or private sector experience, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits like free meals on duty, free parking, and more.
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with mental health conditions in a modern hospital setting. You will support colleagues and promote teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you will be on a zero-hour contract, choosing your preferred shifts weekly.
