We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team on a fixed term contract until the end of the academic year. In this role, you'll help ensure pupils feel safe, included, and motivated to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.

Your Role Will Include
* Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum
* Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions, particularly for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs
* Promoting independence and positive behaviour
* Preparing engaging resources and supporting lesson delivery
* Monitoring progress and contributing to classroom planning
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Being an advocate for every child's well-being and success
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
* The ability to support learning across a range of subjects
* Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)
* Confidence in using digital learning tools
