An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control Room Supervisor to join the Security Services Team. The role involves flexible shifts on a 4-on 4-off basis, including day and night shifts, with 75% night shifts and 25% day shifts.
The main purpose is to ensure safety and security for premises, staff, guests, and visitors. The role includes leading the Security Control Room team, managing daily procedures, acting as Incident Manager during events, and coordinating incident management across the campus.
Main duties include:
* Overseeing daily operations of the Security Control Room and managing Control Room Operatives and Security Officers.
* Leading initial responses to security, first aid, or emergency incidents, escalating as necessary.
* This role offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment with involvement in world-class events. A valid SIA CCTV License is essential.
