Children's Residential Support Worker **
We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work in an Ofsted registered children's 3 bedroom residential home, which is part of Brook View school.
Location: Ribchester, PR3.
Contract: Temp to Permanent. (Full time hours)
Shifts: 2 days on, 4 days off.
Induction: 28th April - Start Date: 14th May 2025.
Rate of Pay:
Level 3 Qualified rate - £14.20 per hour/ £31,012.80 per annum
Unqualified rate- £13.50 per hour/ £29,484.00 per annum

Purpose of the position:
* Your role is to support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs or day centres and to support the children in all aspects of their daily living.
* You will safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm and when the children are not in the service you will undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home.

Essential:
* Working with Children ages 6-18 with Learning difficulties / Complex needs / Autism etc.
