SCSS London is a growing and dynamic company providing specialist cleaning support services to commercial property management and facilities companies. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and experienced Head of Accounts to join our team and take ownership of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounts using QuickBooks (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting).
* Process and track invoices (both payable and receivable).
* Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and cash flow.
* Upload job information and ensure accounts are kept up to date.
* Support with HR administration, including payroll and employee records.
* Prepare monthly management reports for the Director.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an accounts/finance management role.
* Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
* Good understanding of cash flow management.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with HR/payroll is desirable.
