Job Description
Due to continued growth, our Lutterworth site is now recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.
Working hours: Any 5 in 7 days, 7am-4pm.
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workload of site administration, ensuring all issues are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner, and that all tasks and outputs are carried out to the required standard.
Key Duties of an Operations Administrator:
* Organise and plan fleet maintenance schedules to ensure they are up to date, including servicing and MOTs.
* Check that all scheduled events have been booked and work completed.
* Communicate with suppliers and internal customers, coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure compliance paperwork is received and loaded onto the platform.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all company vehicles.
* Audit fleet records and databases to ensure they are complete, up to date, and accurate.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Complete transport administration on time, in full, and accurately, including vehicle files, driver timesheets, etc.
* Administer weekly paid colleague payroll, including handling queries.
* Keep all company noticeboards up to date.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within an administrative role is required.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
* Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Able to work without direct supervision.
* Ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
