Asst Service Manager Requirements
* Assisting the Manager on the day to day running of the department.
* To be on hand to help and advise your team.
* You will need excellent Service Advisor experience and supervisory experience
* As an ambassador for the brands you will be knowledgeable, courteous, outgoing, resolute and eager to learn
* You must have worked within a franchised dealership
* Will need to be confident and dynamic and comfortable within this role, experience is key.
* CDK (Kerridge) knowledge would be an advantage.
Additional information
* The main focus is to develop the CSI scores and maximise sales opportunities through team engagement.
