✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Leading daily operational activity alongside the onsite operations team and working closely with the customer to ensure KPIs, safety measures and service expectations are consistently met.
* Driving a Safety First culture by reviewing incident reports, ensuring corrective actions are completed, and coaching teams on behavioural‑based safety practices.
* Reviewing site financials, overtime spend, labour planning and volume forecasts to ensure operational efficiency and budget alignment.
* Meeting with customers to review SLA performance, discuss improvement opportunities and strengthen long‑term relationships.
* Leading leadership activities such as talent development, coaching, performance management and succession planning across multiple reporting layers.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, validating project benefits and presenting site performance and priorities in monthly leadership meetings.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to effectively support communication with our international customer base.
* A strong background in operational logistics, capable of thriving in high‑pressure, high‑volume settings while maintaining both short‑term operational performance and long‑term strategic focus.
