· a background as being a Solicitor in Employment Law acting for Commercial clients with all levels of experience being of serious interest;
· having provided quality legal advice within clearly defined standards of case management and customer service;
· the capacity and drive to influence and progress including contributing towards the growth of the firm's Employment Law practice, and,
· be personable, confident and an articulate communicator who is self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage time well.
