We’re searching for a Creative Growth Director to turn bold ideas into viral campaigns and transform our social media into a revenue engine. In this role, you’ll define BeInCrypto’s visual identity, package our products in a way that drives sales, lead a global Creative Lab, and shape how millions of people see and engage with Web3.
What you’ll do:
* Lead creative direction, elevate brand visibility and work on monetization strategies across X, YouTube, TG, Instagram, and beyond.
* Spot and translate emerging trends into campaigns that resonate with millions.
* Oversee production of high-quality visuals and videos that elevate brand visibility.
* Build sponsorships, integrations, and partnerships that convert.
* Define go-to-market strategies and develop marketing materials (media kits, pitch decks, case studies, cold outreach, sales knowledge base).
* Run external database outreach campaigns (mass sendouts).
* Share actionable marketing insights with the team.
* Supervise advertising landing pages and ensure conversion focus.
You are the perfect match if you:
* Have 5+ years of experience leading creative teams in digital media, social-first brands.
* Have experience working in Web3, have crypto projects in your portfolio.
* Proven experience leading marketing + creative teams (PR, social, SMM, design).
* Strong background in brand, social media, and PR strategy (must-have).
* Experience building social-first growth engines (Telegram, X, YouTube, IG).
* Track record in product/initiative packaging for sales enablement.
* Business-driven mindset: ability to connect creative ideas with revenue impact.
* Understanding of crypto, fintech, or digital-first brands.
