Location - Newport
Salary - £27,000 - £32,000 Depending on experience
Job Type - Full time, permanent
As an Operations Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between suppliers, contractors and internal teams. The Operations Co-Ordinator will provide administrative support to Project Managers and Operational Directors as well as overseeing a small team of Project Co-Ordinators.
Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of shop fitting projects from planning to completion
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and sit teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
* Maintain project schedules and flag potential delays or issues
* Support the procurement process by managing orders, delivery timelines, and inventory
* Prepare and maintain project documentation
* Assist in ensuring projects stay within budgets
* Facilitate communication between Project Managers and other stakeholders
* Organise administrative tasks amongst Project Co-Ordinators
Skills required
* Experience in co-ordination of administrative tasks
* Understanding of project logistics
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
