We’re looking for Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Exmouth. This is a sessional role with flexible shifts available:
* 8am–2pm
* 8am–10pm
* Monday to Sunday

About the Role
You’ll be supporting women with personal care needs, helping them live independently, confidently, and joyfully. Your role will include:
* Assisting with daily routines and personal care
* Supporting with household tasks and healthy living
* Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
* Taking service users into the community to enjoy activities like shopping, going to cafés, visiting the beach, attending local events, or simply enjoying a walk in the park
* Helping them build confidence and social connections through fun, meaningful outings
Whether it’s a quiet morning at home or an afternoon adventure in town, you’ll be there to make every moment count.
