What You’ll Do
* Lead the creation of a new operating model for Fluent, aligned with MAB Group’s vision.
* Partner with business leaders to integrate key teams and foster cultural cohesion.
* Use data-driven insights to improve engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
* Design and deliver management development programmes that build leadership capability.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR professional in a commercial setting.
* Expertise in organisational design, change management and integration projects.
* A strategic thinker who thrives in high-growth, evolving environments.
* Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.
* Confident leveraging data and insights to inform decisions at a senior level.
* Solution-focused with a positive outlook.
