Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:
* Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timely delivery under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
* Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
* Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to close out issues.
* Ideally, experience with IP networks and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products and PCs.
