Warehouse Operative required to work for our client in Abingdon Oxfordshire.
Our client is a family run business that are looking for a reliable and methodical individual to join their team at a warehouse in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Salary : £26,500 Per Annum
Job details: Permanent
Location : Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00-1730 (30 minutes for lunch)
Start date: ASAP
About the role:
As the Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
* General daily picking & packing, taking stock from automated picking machines & pallet racking and packing as required.
* Carry out other warehouse duties such as, stock taking, booking in/goods inward, pallet logging, machine/racking replenishment, cardboard shredding, box making.
* Accuracy and the ability to correctly follow procedures and instructions is critical in this role in order to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout warehouse areas.
* Liaise with the Warehouse and regarding customer orders.
About you as the Warehouse Operative:
* Will be reliable
* Have attention to detail
* Professional attitude and understand that you will have a high responsibility
* Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
* Ideally have a Full UK Driving License
