Salary: £35,000 per annum
Car Allowance: £450 per month
Location: Wakefield (WF3) – Field Based Role Covering Yorkshire & the North East

About the Role
We are a leading hospital technology business looking for a driven and confident Field Sales Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career looking to develop their skills, receive high-quality training, and grow within a respected and supportive organisation.
You’ll be field-based, working across Yorkshire and the North East, meeting clients, booking visits, and supporting our mission to deliver innovative technology solutions to the healthcare and construction sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Developing relationships with builders, architects, hospitals, and GP practices
2. Booking and attending site visits
3. Shadowing an experienced sales representative as you learn the business
4. Managing a mix of short and long sales cycles
5. Handling deals ranging from £20k to multi‑million-pound contracts
6. Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Who We’re Looking For
7. Someone confident picking up the phone and learning a new industry
8. Ideally has B2B sales experience
9. Patient, curious, and eager to learn technical products
10. Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building a strong career in field sales
11. Must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own car
12. Desirable: A degree in a technical field such as Architecture, Construction, Healthcare, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
