SEN Tutor – Matlock (DE4) We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to work with students in the Matlock (DE4) area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised support to learners with additional needs and help them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition tailored to individual needs Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Plan and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities Build positive relationships and encourage engagement and confidence Monitor and report on student progress Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN Tutoring or teaching experience preferred Strong behaviour management skills A patient, supportive, and flexible approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK Working Hours: Part-time / flexible Typically weekdays (Monday to Friday) Location: Matlock, DE4 Why Join Us?
