About the role:
As a Camp Beaumont Camp Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3 to 14 during summer and school holiday weekdays.
You will be a key figure at camp, providing motivation, support, and direction. Therefore, you must have experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.
Effective communication is essential, as you will frequently interact with parents and collaborate closely with the Area Manager and other departments.
About you:
* Over 18 years old
* Available to work during school holidays
* A UK/EU citizen with two right-to-work IDs
* Experience in childcare and team management
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Passionate about working with children
* Proactive and able to work independently
* High safeguarding awareness
* Paediatric first aid certification or willing to undertake training
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/PGCE) or studying towards a relevant qualification
