Overview
We\'re looking for an energetic chef to join the back of house team. If you have experience working in a similar role within hospitality, and a passion for making incredible fresh food, we\'d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef.
* Have prior experience with working with freshly prepared food.
* Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and health and safety regulations.
* Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
Work Pattern
Wednesday–Saturday: 9 hours a day across a split shift; Sunday: 7 hour lunch shift only.
