The Role – Electrical Site Manager As Electrical Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical works on site from pre construction through to commissioning and final handover. Acting as the key on site lead, you will manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, playing a critical role in driving productivity, maintaining standards, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead all electrical site activities from mobilisation through to project completion • Support project planning including programme development, look ahead schedules, and resource planning • Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient and safe delivery of works • Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring productivity targets are met • Track progress against the master programme and report to the Project Manager • Chair site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other trades • Ensure all variations are identified and communicated with the commercial team • Enforce health and safety standards, including inductions, toolbox talks, and site audits • Carry out regular site inspections and promote a strong safety culture • Oversee quality control processes with a focus on zero snags and right first time delivery • Coordinate material deliveries, plant, and logistics on site • Support commissioning, testing, and handover of all electrical systems • Manage site close out including documentation, demobilisation, and final inspections About You • Qualified Electrician with a recognised apprenticeship or trade certification • Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Manager or senior supervisory role • Proven experience delivering electrical packages on large scale construction projects over €5 million • Strong background in pharmaceutical projects is essential • Experience working with Tier 1 M&E contractors or large main contractors • Strong knowledge of construction processes, electrical installations, and site management • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs and variations • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and prioritise effectively • Strong IT skills and ability to manage project documentation and reporting What’s on Offer Salary: €75,000 to €90,000 DOE Benefits: • Vehicle or travel allowance • Bonus • Pension • Healthcare • Continuous professional development • Career progression into Project Manager roles • Long term project pipeline in Munster and across Ireland Why Apply?
