We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our supportive team in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will involve:
Providing respectful, person-centred personal care to residents

Supporting mobility and ensuring physical comfort to maintain residents’ independence

Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous care experience, especially in personal support or companionship, although not essential
A patient, kind, and composed nature to provide empathetic and understanding care
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
Reliable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care to make a positive impact on residents’ lives
