We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join their friendly and professional team on a temporary basis for 4 weeks. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for new homeowners who have recently moved into their property. You'll handle incoming calls and emails, offering support and guidance as customers report any snagging or aftercare issues. Your role will involve listening carefully, showing empathy, and ensuring that every concern is logged accurately and followed up appropriately. The ideal candidate will be able to attend their office on the 6th or 7th of November to meet the team and complete a handover, ready to officially start on the 10th November.
