Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 + Excellent Benefits
Shift Pattern: 37 hrs over 4 days (Mon–Thu), starting at 8am

What You'll Do
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on military vehicles and associated electrical systems.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, engineering process plans, and customer specifications.
* Complete accurate documentation, test certificates and maintenance reports.
* Conduct equipment inspections to meet production, safety and quality standards.
* Use workshop tools correctly and report any defects or material issues.
* Collaborate with a dedicated engineering team focused on precision, safety and mission success.
What You'll Bring
* City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Proven hands‑on experience in a similar mechanical role – ideal backgrounds: ex‑forces, HGV/PSV, commercial dealerships, plant or agricultural machinery.
* Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics and vehicle diagnostics.
* A team‑focused mindset with good communication skills.
* Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance (requires no criminal convictions + 5 years UK residency).
* A targeted medical assessment may be required as part of the onboarding process.
